• For a government to have drones in flight they must receive a Certificate of Authorization(COA) from the FAA

• Comply with all parts within FAA CFR Title 14 Part 107

• 16+

• Pass TSA vetting

• Hold a Remote Pilot Airman Certificate

Airspace restriction:

• Class G only*

• Line-of-sight*

• Under 400’*

• Less than 100 mph*

• Day flight only*

• Must not fly over people*

• Must yield right of way to manned aircraft*

Aircraft Requirements:

• Registered if more than .55 lbs and be no more than 55 lbs
